Summer is nearly over and the Firestarter Forums are back! 

Over the summer period, we’ve had a chance to reflect on all the different topics and issues that we’ve addressed and discussed with our forum community over what’s now been 16 months of Firestarter Forums. Each one has been really important and hopefully beneficial to everyone in their own right.

Now is a great time to come back to work refreshed, ready to set new goals and focus on achieving great things in the last few months of 2021. Therefore, we are going to hold our own 'back to leadership school' and use everything we've learned about running a business during this hugely challenging period to focus on what's going to make us better leaders as we come out of the pandemic. 

All your favourite features like the breakout rooms, polls and quick-fire rounds will be featured in this forum and we are sure some healthy debates and discussions will be created.
